Service Desk

Anyone can use our service desk to reach the PopMedNet team for support across all PopMedNet's many projects, including PCORnet, Sentinel and HDC. Users can report issues with the Query Portal or the Data Mart Client or request new features.

You can expect a response within 48 hours of entering a ticket.

Please Do NOT include any sensitive information or PHI in tickets you submit to the service desk.
